WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT YOU
When you join Bandwagon HQ, we collect:

Account Basics:

  • Email/username/password (to log you in)
  • Date of birth (18+ verification only)
  • IP address/location (basic security + compliance)

Your Collecting Activity:

  • Cards you own, buy, trade (your fandom showcase!)
  • Rewards earned, campaigns entered
  • Transaction history (Credits in/out)

How You Use Us:

  • Device/browser info (helps fix bugs)
  • What pages you visit (improves the experience)

We don't store credit card details (Our payment processors handle that securely).

WHY WE NEED YOUR DATA
Everything we collect helps you collect better:

To Run the Platform:

  • Verify you're 18+ and legit
  • Process deposits, trades, withdrawals
  • Credit your rewards automatically
  • Show your fandom showcase

To Keep It Safe:

  • Spot fraud or multi-accounts
  • Block bad actors from disrupting trades

To Make It Better:

  • Fix bugs faster

Email hq@bandwagonhq.app → "DELETE MY ACCOUNT + DATA"

Download Your Data:
Same email → "SEND MY DATA EXPORT" → get CSV of your trades, cards, rewards

California Residents (CCPA):

  • Right to know what we have
  • Right to delete
  • No "sales" of your data (we don't do that)

Unsubscribe:
Click "Unsubscribe" in any email. Done.

COOKIES (The Tracking Stuff)
We use essential cookies only:

  • Login sessions
  • Cart contents
  • Preferences (dark mode, etc.)

No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers.

KIDS & INTERNATIONAL

  • 18+ only—no kid data collection
  • US residents only—data stored in US servers
