Bandwagon HQ: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bandwagon HQ. By using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. What We Offer

Bandwagon HQ is first and foremost a sports fan community. Within the community, we offer users the opportunity to build a sports-based digital art collection. All of our day-to-day communication takes place on our Discord! Users can purchase, collect, and trade limited-edition Proofs — digital assets tied to real-world matchups or sports outcomes. Some Proofs may qualify for rewards based on ownership at specific times.

2. Account Requirements

To use the platform, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Not share your account access with others

We may revoke access if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

3. Proofs

  • Trades for proofs on the platform are made from the user's balance.
  • Proofs are digital collectibles that may represent support for a team or event.
  • Ownership of a Proof may entitle you to rewards only if held at the required time specified by Bandwagon.

4. On-Platform Only Rewards

While Proofs may be taken off-platform, all rewards, contests, and tracking only apply to Proofs held on Bandwagon HQ. Transferring them off-platform forfeits reward eligibility.

5. Rewards & Contests

  • Proofs may qualify for rewards such as credits, physical items, or bonus collectibles.
  • Bandwagon reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny rewards if conditions are not met or abuse is suspected.

6. Marketplace Rules

  • You may list and trade Proofs using the Bandwagon HQ marketplace.
  • All transactions are subject to a platform fee unless otherwise noted.
  • Bandwagon is not liable for pricing differences, user error, or failed flips.

7. Security & User Control

  • You are responsible for the security of your account.
  • If you believe you are a victim of fraud, please contact us at hq@bandwagonhq.app, or contact an administrator on Discord immediately.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds will not be regularly issued for any reason.
  • In rare cases of fraud or major platform errors, refunds may be issued at Bandwagon’s discretion. Past refunds do not set precedent.

9. Responsible Use

We encourage fair play and responsible behavior. Trading, collecting, and fandom can be exciting — but if you ever feel overwhelmed, please take a break from our platform.

10. Data & Privacy

We collect data to improve your experience. We may share information with partner teams or affiliates for the purpose of providing rewards or improving platform engagement. We never sell your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If major changes occur, we’ll notify users in advance. Continued use of the platform means you agree to the new terms.
